When and where can I weigh in?
Initial Sign-ups/Weigh-Ins: Friday-Sunday, February 10-19, 2023 at Nutrishop Boise/Meridian/Mountain Home/Nampa.
Check-ins: Bi-weekly (Check-in on social media every 2 weeks at Idaho Fitness Factory)
Final Weigh-Ins: Monday-Sunday, April 3-9, 2023
What is required to be eligible to win?
You must weigh-in during the starting week as shown above, and must check in at Nutrishop Boise/Meridian/Mountain Home/Nampa every 2 weeks (2 missed check-ins allowed), using social media: Facebook/Instagram. Before and after photographs are mandatory.
How are the winners determined?
The winners will be determined upon the following point system:
1 pound of fat loss = 1 point
Loss of body fat %.= 1 point
1 pound of muscle gain = 1 point
Whether you want to put on additional muscle or lose the fat in pounds, you will be eligible to participate in The Body Transformation Challenge. All goals are welcome!
