BABY BOOMER BOOTCAMP - This 45 minute class will challenge strength, endurance, and stability. By incorporating resistance and functional movement training, we work with multiple modalities to help you meet your goals. All fitness levels welcome.
The Barre - American Barre Technique® is a ballet inspired, low impact, aerobic class that fuses fluid balletic movements with small staccato actions to trigger hard to work muscles. ABT tones and sculpts the outer physique into a lean dancer's shape. This fitness class is perfect for women and men of all ages and strength levels and can be taken at your own pace with an increase in difficulty or at a modified level.
Barre above - Barre above™ fuses the very best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. You don’t need to worry about dance experience. Barre above™ is barre for all bodies! Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body.
Body Blast - A sculpting class where you will be challenged by the moves, the process, and the timing. Get excited, because you will see and feel results!
Boot Camp - Energetic class focusing on strength, training, cardio and toning in new, challenging ways. This class will challenge you, whatever your current fitness level.
Buti Yoga - Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, and deep abdominal toning. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure to something hidden or kept secret." It believes EVERYONE has the power to transform and heal their body from within.
Chiseled - Chiseled will sculpt your figure and improve your balance, coordination, endurance and agility. Chiseled incorporates strength training, core synergistics, and balance techniques. We will use bodyweight exercises, hand weights, kettle bells, medicine balls and other tools to increase resistance amount and variety.
Circuit - Energetic class focusing on strength training, cardio, and toning in new- Challenging ways. This class will challenge you, whatever your current fitness level.
CROSS TRAINING - Cross training is a method of exercise training that includes a variety of different athletic activities to improve your level of fitness or performance in a particular sport. Cross training benefits include injury prevention, improved fitness, reduced boredom, and weight loss.
Gentle Yoga - This class is a perfect complement to any other physical workout. It will improve your flexibility, agility and balance. Gentle yoga is taught by an experienced yoga teacher (ERYT 500 hours training) who will emphasize the poses, breathing practice, and meditative aspect of yoga. All levels of fitness are welcome! Different adaptations will be proposed to tailor the practice to your own needs..
HIGH FITNESS - AEROBICS is BACK! Bigger, better, HIGHER! High Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates
aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each songs has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors.) Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results!
HIIT - (High Intensity Interval Training) HIIT a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
HOT HULA FITNESS - HOT HULA FITNESS is a fun, new and exciting dance workout. It provides a “total body workout” in 60 minutes. HOT HULA fitness ® isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms.
INSANITY LIVE - INSANITY® LIVE is challenging, group focused athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength drills, designed for
people of all levels. The moves are easy to follow, but the workout WILL challenge you, change you, and get you in the best shape of your life.
Iron Therapy - This class uses a combination of free weights, barbells and body weight movements set to great music to drive us through this powerful workout! It's total body strength training focused on food form with modifications for any fitness level.
KETTLEBELL TRAINING - This 45 minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.
OULA - OULA is an easy to follow, high cardio, dance fitness class for people of all abilities. It is a motivating hour of high-energy exercise to great music where participants are free to let it all out, and dance free of judgement. OULA is not just an exercise class, it is an experience.
OULA.ONE - Oula.One is a heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class. This 55-minute session is done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Completely choreographed to beautiful music, you will journey through spinal warming and activation, balancing and strengthening, core work, stretching and relaxation.
OULA-POWER - OULA-Power! is a 45-minute conditioning class that begins with an empowering warm up, followed by a couple of cardio tracks to heat up the body and raise the heart rate, and then transitions into a series of conditioning tracks that focus on strengthening and toning using just our own body weight.ngthening, core work, stretching and relaxation.
PIYO LIVE - Metabolic bodyweight class with foundations in pilates and yoga movements. Combining calisthenics, plyometrics and dynamic strength
moves you get to burn calories while building a strong lean and flexible body. Take it at your own pace or push yourself for maximum results in muscle and metabolism. Think: strong, lean, flexible and fun!
POP Pilates - POP Pilates® is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat music. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level like you've never seen it before.
POUND FITNESS - POUND® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums! SHiNE - a dance fitness format that is getting global recognition for it's simple yet effective choreography that is sure to make you sweat with a smile on your face. The choreography is rooted in traditional jazz, ballet and hip hop and is designed for all dance abilites. This high energy, booty shakin' class will give you a full body workout while dancing to the best pop and hip hop music out there!
SPIN, INDOOR CYCLING - Indoor cycling (aka “spinning,” its trademarked name) is a cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that takes us on a stationary but sweaty ride of our life. Read on to learn what makes this bike different than hopping on an ordinary two-wheeler.
STRENGTH TRAINING - Strength Training classes build endurance and develop coordination and balance. You can expect to use a variety of different equipment such as weights, bands, balls and other tools to get stronger and leaner.
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Tower Building - Introductory strength and functional movement class. We will learn and practice basic multi joint compound movements using a combination of body weight and resistance exercises that will be coached and then put together into a workout. All exercises can be modified for most fitness levels.
TURBOKICK LIVE - Turbo Kick LIVE combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn.
WOMEN & WEIGHTS - Build Strength & Burn Fat! Weightlifting for women in a fun group setting!
YOGA - Yoga includes physical exercise, but it's also about life balance. Training your mind, body, and breath — as well as connecting with your spirituality — are the main goals of the yoga lifestyle. The physical part of the yoga lifestyle is called hatha yoga. Hatha yoga focuses on asanas, or poses.
ZUMBA - Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed.
