Janelle Orr

Hi! My name is Janelle Orr, and I am excited to meet you in one of my classes. I am AFAA certified, as well as licensed in High Fitness and Pound. I am a mother of four, and a wife to one. I love shopping, chocolate, a good book, the Oregon coast, soccer, playing games, and of course teaching! The energy that comes from a group fitness class is like nothing else! I love being able to do what I do which leads to me having the chance to meet so many new and amazing people!

Katie Kreizenbeck

Hi! My name is Katie and I’m excited to be teaching High Fitness at Idaho Fitness Factory. I fell in love with high after taking my very first class a little over a year ago.   I am currently in the process of getting my AFFA certification. I work full time during the day and am a wife and mom to two awesome children.  I enjoy gardening and taking care of my chickens in my free time. I love the energy that group fitness has while making everyone feel empowered every class.

Sherrie Hall

Sherrie is a wife and stay at home mom to 3 kids. When her youngest child was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, she slowly found herself exhausted by her daughter's therapy regimen, doctor visits and taking care of her other children. Her sister in law was the first to invite her to a High Fitness class and it was there that she realized how much she missed working out and also remembered how fun working out can be. She took the leap to do something for herself and certified in High Fitness. She has found so much happiness and confidence in leading others through a workout routine and loves having fun with a room full of people. She wants every participant to leave her workouts feeling accomplished Smiling faces!

Debra Estes

Hi, I'm Debra, the Pop Pilates® Instructor here at Idaho Fitness Factory. I've been teaching this format since Jan. 2017 and absolutely love it!  POP Pilates® takes traditional mat Pilates up a notch with choreography that is led by the music. Motivating others is a passion of mine and this format allows for growth of all fitness levels. Leaving no muscle group untouched while providing modifications for each individual is the beauty of my POP Pilates® class. My class is also easy on the knees. We WILL feel our core strengthening with every week that passes. A strong core is essential to proper posture and support of all movements. 


You will also see me around the gym using the weights and machines. Working on my pull up and bench press personal records are a constant goal of mine. Outside of the gym, you may see me out with the family exploring with our dog Leia, taking in a movie, seeking a good coffee spot, health food store, or a brewery.

Hi, my name is Tim, I am a personal trainer and group fitness
instructor at Idaho Fitness Factory. My goal is to help you enjoy
your training, get excited about your workouts and motivate you to
enter a place you wouldn’t have accessed on your own. I enjoy
being creative about helping people work around physical
limitations to reach performance goals. Consistency and Intensity
are the key elements that make fitness gains possible at any age.
Like you, I am constantly reinventing a more improved version of
myself. Fitness has been enriching my life for years and I would like
to encourage you as we train together.

Laura Bird

Laura has always loved being active and grew up loving dance and sports. She tried her first group
fitness class in High School and was hooked! She taught various classes at a gym in Utah and loved
inspiring others to work hard and be healthy. After Laura took her first High Fitness class, she knew she
HAD to teach this format. She is so excited to be a part of the Idaho Fitness Factory team and share her
passion for fitness! She loves spending time with her 3 kids, going on dates with her hubby, reading
books and exploring Boise.

Ashley Hansen - Group Fitness Instructor

Ashley Hansen

Ashley became a certified fitness instructor in October of 2016 and is also a certified life coach with a focus on blended families. She loves the energy in group fitness and looks forward to connecting with her class every day! She promotes overall health and wellness on her blog and believes that all aspects of life are interconnected- physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Her classes are inspiring and full of energy!!

Becky Godina - Zumba Instructor

My name is Becky Godina, I am a Zumba Instructor here at Idaho Fitness Factory-Fairview location. My Zumba journey started in 2010. I love Zumba’s format and how it brings all people together. It doesn’t matter what our strengths or weaknesses are, with Zumba every flavor is welcome. Zumba truly brings my passion, desire and love back to one of my earliest and fondest memories - dancing!

Hi! My name is Brynn. I’ve been a licensed Zumba instructor for 5 years and loved every minute of it. I also have AFAA Primary Group Fitness Certification. I’ve always loved to dance and Zumba has given me the opportunity to share my love of dance with others.  I also enjoy taking Pound classes, lifting weights, snowboarding and swimming. When I’m not instructing Zumba, I am working full time as a medical social worker and spending time with my amazing family.

Celeste is a mother of 2 teens, wife, home-educator, fitness instructor and personal trainer. As a former figure competitor and Certified Personal Trainer she realized that with out the right education and habits, her clients would not be able to achieve all they desired in the realms of physical transformation. Celeste is passionate about helping women achieve greater body freedom, health and self confidence with habits that will support a lean body for life.
