No matter your limitations we can work together to meet your goals! I received my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I pride myself on the ability to adapt to each person’s unique abilities and level of fitness.

Chris Ankher is a Certified Personal Trainer and Advanced Nutrition Specialist who’s dedicated to enhancing, and helping clients create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. After spending nearly a decade working as a volunteer basketball coach and health enthusiast for 94 Feet of Familiarity, Chris knows what truly drives physical awareness, mental toughness, and harnessing the capability to creat change and it’s contrary to the basic form of diet and exercise. It’s how well you’re able to connect your mentality with what one wishes to accomplish physically to create change.

Chris has experience coaching various types ranging from a broad spectrum, including strength and flexibility, balance, endurance, HIIT, functional fitness, as well as CBT which deals in psychological/emotional and economic health. In addition to his extensive PT and nutritional experience, Chris is a trained Life Coach.

Amanda graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in Exercise Science. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and is also a certified Yoga instructor. Amanda has over 10 years experience in the health and wellness field. Her passion is helping people of all ages reach their individual health and fitness goals whether it's to lose weight, gain strength or have more energy for their grandkids.

Hi, my name is Jimmy Rhoads. I have been training athletes and non athletes alike for over ten years now. My methods are simple, put in the work it requires to achieve your fitness goals, and you shall. 

I use a variety of methods and techniques to not only push individuals past their limits, but, also out of their comfort zones. Remember, doing things that are hard will show you how you think. If you are looking to sculpt your physique to compete or just look good in swimwear, through hard work and coachability, I will get you there. If you are looking to get into shape to be more athletic, I also teach cross training and boot camp style classes. Combined with individual training sessions, these classes help emphasize athletic ability as well as strength and conditioning.

As a competitive bodybuilder I know the dedication and sacrifice it takes to get the human body in peak condition. Through the tools available at the Idaho Fitness Factory, we can take your physique to levels you only imagined before.

Born in California and raised in Oregon, Brad has lived an active lifestyle all his life. He played basketball and football in high school and started weightlifting to improve his performance in sports. He received his Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from University of Oregon. While attending UO, he began personal training and teaching exercise classes at their Recreation Center. After graduating, he managed their fitness program before moving to Boise to pursue his Master's in Business Administration.

Through his 5 years of experience working in the fitness industry Brad has helped a wide variety of individuals improve their lives via health and fitness. His clientele includes ranges from ages 18-74, includes athletes who now play professionally, and includes multiple individuals who have lost over 100 pounds. 

His areas of expertise include weight loss and body transformations, strength training for power lifting and bodybuilding, and functional training modalities such as TRX, kettlebells, and calisthenics. He prides himself on being able to help a diverse clientele but takes the greatest enjoyment from teaching beginners to live healthier lives via exercise, nutrition, and wellness coaching.

I believe having a healthy fitness lifestyle is the key to longevity and a happy life. I enjoy teaching and helping those I teach reach their health and fitness goals. I have also taught martial arts for many years and enjoy my students making progress as I continue to grow in my own goals from martial arts and fitness competitions.

Candi is a fun, energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic instructor! Being physically fit has always been very  important to her, and she loves to share her talent and motivation with others. Her class will leave you feeling great and wanting more! Initially Candi only taught Zumba, but has come to love many many formats. She is a mom of 4 who never let pregnancy slow her down. You'll see her at the gym in every stage. She knows how quickly busy days can drag you down, so she likes to be an inspiration to WANT to go to the gym. Prepare for a fun time, new friends, and a great attitude--your time here is going to count!

I love teaching group fitness.  I have over 25 years experience in teaching and hope to teach until I am 85 years old.   I have too many formats to list that I have taught over the years.  Currently, I am teaching Zumba, Bootcamp, Spinning, Yoga, Aqua aerobics, turbo kick, and Body pump and HIIT.

Cathy Taylor

Hi!  I'm Cathy Taylor and I am soooooo excited to be teaching SHiNE Dance Fitness at Idaho Fitness Factory!  I am a busy momma of 5, passionate about health and wellness, run 2 successful businesses and am actively involved in volunteer work.  For years I wanted to be consistent with my workouts, but found it hard to make time for something that felt like drudgery.  In fact, I hated running so much that I tried out for Drill Team in high school, having never taken a dance class in my life, just to avoid running the mile in P.E. :)  When I took my first SHiNE class, I fell in love.  Dancing with friends in a group environment?  Letting loose and being a little silly?  It didn't matter if I wasn't a good dancer.  It was so much FUN, and at the same time, effective!!!!  I couldn't WAIT to go to class!  That's when I knew that I wanted to be an instructor and help others find a passion for exercise, relieve stress, and experience more joy in their lives!
