Re-opening and billing
Thanks to the city of Nampa for allowing our Nampa club to open Friday, May 1st at 5:00 AM! All other clubs are scheduled to open May 16th in accordance with Phase II of the governors stages of reopening plan.
Regular monthly billing will resume on May 16th. Each members normal monthly billing date will remain the same as it was prior to our closing. If you have prorated credits it will be applied to member's next billing. This will only affect those billed on the16th - 22nd of the month. All other members will be billed at your normal rate on their regularly scheduled day. This means many members will receive extra gym usage at no charge.
Although the Nampa location is scheduled to open sooner than other locations, Idaho Fitness Factory has decided that billing will not commence until May 16th.
Also, in order to make things easier for our members, any member who would have been charged their annual club enhancement during the timeframe in which the club was closed will have their club enhancement fee deferred until their regularly scheduled July billing date.
Group fitness will resume in June. Until then you can enjoy our free virtual classes that we post every day at Idaho Fitness Factory.com
In order to help members spread out club usage we will resume our 24 hour operation schedule. This will allow members to use the club during off hours reducing traffic during peak times.
We are very excited to open up all of our locations as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience and understanding through all of these changes. Our Nampa staff is already back in the club preparing it for you. We are taking into consideration social distancing and increased sanitation measures.

Temporarily Suspending All Service
During this public health crisis, Idaho Fitness Factory has been working hard to provide as safe an environment as possible for our members in hopes that the situation would improve quickly. However, due to rising health concerns, it is in the best interest of our community to temporarily suspend service. As of 4pm Saturday, March 21st, all Idaho Fitness Factory locations will be closed until further notice.
All member billing will stop while operations are suspended. Any prepaid dues will be prorated when we are able to reopen.

When will you re-open?

Will I be billed while IFF is closed?
No. All billing is done through our third party partner ABC Financial. ABC has suspended all monthly billings and any other membership dues as of March 22nd 2020. If you noticed any charges after March 22nd it would have been due to a 2-3 day delay in your bank processing. What about the dues I was charged before the gym closed?
All dues will be prorated once the gym is able to reopen. We are committed to making sure that you always get more than what you pay for at Idaho Fitness Factory.
Should I Cancel or Freeze my membership?
No. All memberships are already frozen. No billing will be processed during this challenging time. Thank you very much for your membership and we look forward to seeing soon when we reopen.
What can I expect when the gym re-opens?
We are hard at work making IFF even better. We are taking full advantage of this time to do several club improvements. Follow us on social media to stay up to date. We will regularly post our club improvements as they are completed.
