An estimated 500 million smartphone owners worldwide will be using mHealth (mobile health) apps within the next five years, according to a 2010 report by research2guidance, a mobile research consulting firm.

Well the seasons have changed and so is Idaho Fitness Factory…Don’t worry this change is for the better. You’re favorite gym is pleased to announce that there will be a second location opening in Meridian on the corner of Linder and Franklin! That’s right, a new location! The best news is that members will have access to all Idaho Fitness Factory locations.
