I started training at Idaho Fitness Factory 3 months ago. I just had my third baby and I was tired of not feeling good about myself and none of my clothes fitting. So I decided I needed some help to lose weight. When I saw the transformations that some of IFF's other clients had, I felt inspired and found the courage to change myself. When I first met with the trainer he told me that 80% is nutrition and 20% is exercise. I was surprised about the nutrition part. I knew nutrition was important, but I didn’t realize how much. I trained 3 times a week, did boot camps 2 times a week (Boot camps are awesome by the way) and have been on a nutritional plan. I have learned how much nutrition is a big part in losing weight. I am on my way to meeting my goals, and am happy to say that I feel good about myself and my confidence is starting to come back. I know that if I continue to eat right and exercise I will get to my goals. So if you want to lose weight and need help, Idaho Fitness Factory might be the answer you are looking for.
I began my journey in fitness a few months after giving birth to my twin daughters, my third and fourth children. I was not very fit most of my life, and felt like this was a perfect time to transform my life. When I began my journey, I started on the elliptical, eventually building up to half marathons. I met up with a trainer about 4 months ago at Idaho Fitness Factory to take my journey to the next step. I started a 12 week challenge. My challenge consisted of lifting 3 nights a week, an advanced boot camp 2 times a week, and long distance running once a week. I feel very blessed to have taken this challenge on in my life. Idaho Fitness Factory has helped me achieve success in my fitness goals and improved lifestyle habits, as well as an understanding of gym equipment. I have become an inspiration to my friends and family, and a positive role model to my children. I am so thankful to have this opportunity and this amazing gym to work out in.
